 Delivery Options:

Cut-off time for same-day shipping and next working day delivery is 2pm.

 

Shipping Cost:

£7.99 for orders up to 30kg within the UK. (1 – 3 working days)

Packaging: Well-packaged cold pouch and ice packs are used for frozen products.

 

- Click and Collect:

Free collection is available from our store @ 170 – 176 Grange Road. London. SE1 3BN, UK.

Orders should be collected within 24 Hours from the pickup notification.

Failure to collect within the specified time frame will result in a £5 charge.

 

Additional Important Information:

Order Cancellation before despatch:

10% fee of the total order amount for cancellations after packing.

 

-Order Cancellation after Dispatch:

Refund only for dry items once the order is returned to us.

Frozen or fresh items are non-refundable in this situation.

Return cost to be covered by the customer.

 

- Local Delivery Instructions:

Couriers instructed to leave parcels outside the door or with a neighbour if the recipient is unavailable.

 

 

Delivery Timeframes:

Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout based on your location and the selected shipping or local delivery method. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, may impact delivery times.

However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, transportation issues, or other external circumstances.

Automatically replaced with the most suitable item unless specified otherwise by the customer.
